Agree that defining the positions is necessary, and therein may be differences of perspectives. In my mind, this is not a career destination.

A fine job to supplement income, or for teenagers and perhaps those of college age. Not, a job that will support a family. If people are at Starbucks, ther are probably not going to support a family on this income.

A different kind of job is more suitable.
