As a person who is a huge advocate of education for students, and also for faculty, I really enjoyed this comment: If students and their parents only knew that the majority of the faculty at their university were part-time employees paid ONE-QUARTER TO LESS THAN HALF what full-time tenure track instructors earn for the same amount of work, they might demand change.

I am someone who will demand change and advocate on behalf of faculty and students. The question I have is how does a person learn this and reflect the information to advocate on behalf of the change?
