Yes, there are Boomers who want respect for what they’ve accomplished. Others just expect it.

My kids are in Gen Z and I definitely want them to succeed. I hope the same for anyone else that has the drive to do so. I also want them to challenge the status quo, but not unnecessarily. I hope I am also rearing people who have basic manners and the ability to speak and hold conversations of value. Time will tell.
