Hi Carol! Re Number 1: I have both a record player for an enjoyable different listening experience. So good! And my teen has vinyl records on the wall from a garage sale.

2. Electronic docs are already here, for loan closings, bank accounts etc. And we're moving more that way quickly.

3. An app and an hour have a garage door opening with no retrofitting. It's a cinch!

Agree that some of these items are sad to lose.
