Hi Dave! My years in banking and at a title company affirm what you're saying as truth. That's right, an 80-year-old person can get a 30 or even a 40+ year mortgage. But, I don't agree with being harder on females than males when distributing capital. Sure, to the screening and the rest. It's a tough market. I'd like to see it be a more equitable one when it comes to gender.
