I think the Chinese study that says Chinese kids find ways around gaming time limits is representative of the general population without respect to location. If my American kids are any example, they both go off wi-fi to go under radar and extend their time limits. It's startling to realize how much time they game. Then to consider how much time isn't ticked up is extra alarming.
