I’m as guilty of this as the next person. It’s easy, quicker to send a text, an email, an electronic note.

They lack the personal touch. Note writing is a special lost art. It tells the receiver that he or she mattered in a way that takes more time and adds a special touch.

Thanks for the reminder, Mr Cab Driver, that when you care enough to send the very best it’s not A Hallmark card, but a personal note to send.
