It's not terribly difficult to walk 10,000 steps daily. This is my goal too, and for about 2 years now. Admittedly, there are a few days where I fall short. But, when you break it down into chunks throughout the day, it's easy to get a walk in the morning, and at lunch, or after work. That may be helpful to those who go to the office. Otherwise, I like your idea of listening to an audio book and putting down those steps. I bet that's helpful for you to read all those books too. Cheers!
