Sadly, I can relate to fighting with an insurance company over erroneous charges from another individual. In my case, it was an adult of a different social when I was not yet of legal age. It was my tenacity and many, many hours over weeks and months that finally led to resolution. Most people don't have or can't take the time to fight big companies.
